- New optional
"coaches" list per team in the match config (object keyed by SteamID64 or an array, like "players"). Listed coaches can join their team, are not kicked by matchzy_kick_when_no_match_loaded, and become its coach automatically. When a team has a list, only those SteamIDs can .coach it. See the README.
- Coaches no longer count toward
players_per_team in the ready check and no longer need to .ready.
